Event Management
Efficient event management is one of the most important aspects of any event. At Imperial, we create and manage all our events. However, we are equally happy to divide these two aspects. We can create an event or tour for you; alternatively you may simply be seeking a helping hand to run and manage a project of your own.

We have a wide range of experience in event management involving transportation, infrastructures, catering, equipment hire, man management, staffing, representation and supplier negotiation.

Whatever type of event you are planning, our event management team can handle every aspect of the arrangements and organization.
 

 

For every event, the list of suppliers that one calls on can be daunting. Equally daunting is the number of different financial transactions that are undertaken and and the continuous negotiation and liaison with each and every supplier. The solution is to bring all of this work under one umbrella, so that everything is efficiently organised by us.

We have a vast experience in the erection of event structures of every shape and form. Whether you wish to put up a marquee, grandstand, build a heli-pad or erect a concert dome, we have the experience.

We are also able to provide all the smaller structures that make up an event village. We can supply catering structures and multi purpose kiosks for car parking, booking offices and booths for telephone, newspaper and programme sales.

We are also able to provide temporary structures such a full working kitchens, offices, hospitality units and commentary boxes. Whatever the event, be it airshows, outdoor concerts, sport, hospitality, weddings, corporate events or general outdoor fairs, On Site has the structure for you.

  • Toilets & Showers : whether you require state of the art units or basic units, we can provide all manner of units and the staff to keep them continuously operational
  • Multi purpose kiosks : for car parks, booking offices or programme sales

  • Catering equipment : we provide such items as mobile kitchen units, cookers, fridges and staff
  • Furniture equipment : From the smallest items, we can provide you with all the furnishings for an event, from the pepper pot to the bar unit
  • Cleaning services : During the quietest moments, we will clean your event area
  • Theming : Theming and branding is vital to create a polished, effective image
  • Landscaping : First impressions are all important; make the entrance to your structure stand out
  • Fire services : Personnel, equipment and advice
